01 The Service

EnigmaAI lets you chat with advanced AI models through a zero-knowledge architecture. All conversations are stored only on your device in an encrypted local database. We maintain a strict zero-log policy: we do not collect, store, or access your chat history, prompts, or responses on our servers.

The App includes:

• Free tier with standard usage limits
• Pro subscription (paid in-app purchase) that provides higher message limits and higher web search limits

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

02 Pro Subscription

• You may purchase a Pro subscription via in-app purchase.
• Pro unlocks higher limits on messages and web search features.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not offer direct refunds.

03 User Accounts and Eligibility

No account registration or login is required. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

04 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s Blind Routing or encryption systems
• Overload or abuse our proxy infrastructure
• Submit prompts that violate third-party AI providers’ policies
• Impersonate others or engage in fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

05 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI models (ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, and Claude) may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading information. EnigmaAI and its operators take no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated responses. You use the App and any AI output at your own risk. Always verify important information independently. We do not endorse or guarantee any AI output.

06 Intellectual Property

The App, its design, Blind Routing technology, and all related content are owned by or licensed to dursun dogan. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.

All AI responses are owned by the respective third-party providers or you (subject to their terms).

07 Third-Party AI Providers

The App routes your prompts to third-party AI services (OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek). These providers process your prompts according to their own terms and privacy policies. We have no control over their services or data practices. Links to their policies are available in our Privacy Policy.

The App handles all AI access internally — you do not need to provide any API keys.

08 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data, profits, or AI output inaccuracies.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
